Payment options will populate when your reservation is confirmed. The allowance depends on the date of confirmation and how far out the final payment is.
A current passport is strongly recommended for ALL guests, regardless of age.
Having a valid passport will expedite the ship experience as delays may be expected upon return to the United States for those without one. Additionally, guests will not be permitted to fly from an international location to the US without a valid passport. Visit www.travel.state.gov for complete details on the documents required to board the ship.
The Eagles Fan Cruise is offering a unique “Book with Confidence” option to all guests who book their staterooms between August 2020 and March 2021. Guests who wish to cancel their booking by no later than March 20, 2021 will receive a 100% refund of all payments received up to the date of cancelation and will not be subject to any cancelation penalties.
Guests wishing to cancel their booking between March 21, 2021 and September 20th, 2021 will receive a full refund of all payments received up to the date of cancelation minus a $250.00 processing fee per guest.
Due to the nature and demand of the Eagles Fan Cruise, guest bookings cancelled after September 21, 2021 will not be eligible for refunds, and thus we strongly recommend all guests purchase Travel Insurance through CSA Insurance or your preferred travel insurance provider.

No Guest younger than the age twenty-one (21) will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult twenty-one (21) years old or older. A guest's age is established upon the first date of sailing.
This age limit will be waived for children sailing with their parents or guardians in connecting stateroom. Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise.
Part II - Book & Manage Your Reservation
Booking your stateroom for the Philadelphia Eagles Fan Cruise is simple! You can either book online or call our Travel Concierge team 800-240-1978.
When you enter the booking system, you will be selecting and booking a specific cabin category and location be limited, so it’s best to have a few back up options of cabin categories just in case your first preference is not available.
Once a reservation is made, you can view your reservation in the guest portal. If you need to make changes to your reservation (change cabin, update payment information, add or remove a guest, correct contact information, cancel your reservation) please contact our Travel Concierge team Monday-Friday 9-5 PM EST 800-240-1978 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Changes made to an existing reservation may incur additional charges.
Part III - Pre-Cruise Details
The Philadelphia Eagles Fan Cruise embarks from Cape Liberty, NJ on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 4:00 PM EST. All guests must be onboard no later than 2:00 PM EST for a mandatory safety drill. Boarding the day of the cruise typically begins at 11:00 AM EST.
Unless you reside near Cape Liberty, NJ, we recommend guests arrive the day prior to the cruise. The pier is approximately 30 miles from Newark Airport. The day of disembarkation, March 27, 2022, the ship arrives in Cape Liberty, NJ at 7:00 AM EST. Due to the time it takes to clear Customs and Immigration it is difficult to estimate the exact time you will be able to depart the ship. To be safe, we do not recommend any flights scheduled prior to 12:00 PM EST from Newark Airport.
Ship transfers will be an add-on option from major airports, TBA.
Hotel suggestions will be posted in by April 2021.
Guests are prohibited from bringing bottled water, carbonated and other non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages on board.
You will need the following information for each guest in your stateroom:

You can complete your booking online by creating a login and you will be prompted to enter the number of travelers, cabin type, cabin location and submit payment. For multiple cabin occupancy, accessible cabins, connecting cabins or if you have questions, call our Travel Concierge Team 800-240-1978.
All guests are encouraged to complete the online check-in process with Royal Caribbean within 3 weeks prior to departure. To complete your check-in, you will need the following information: Ship Name, Sail Date, Royal Caribbean reservation number, passport or appropriate proof of citizenship and identification, home address, emergency contact information, travel plans pre/post cruise, and credit card for on-board expenses. Further details as to how and when to complete the check-in process will be communicated via email as we approach the cruise date.
Royal Caribbean offers a variety of beverage packages available for purchase prior to boarding. More information can be provided closer to sailing. Any guest wishing to purchase an alcoholic beverage package must do so for all guests of legal drinking age in the same stateroom. Other packages, shore excursions or specialty dining can be purchased by any guest.
Part IV - Once on Board
The moment you step on board, you are greeted by staff and will receive a Souvenir Program that will outline the schedule for the week.
Upon check-in at the pier, you will be provided a packet of information pertaining to your cabin access cards. This card has several uses (room key, charge card for onboard purchases, identification card for boarding and disembarking).
The Philadelphia Eagles Fan Cruise is a unique experience filled with special events and Player and Alumni interaction sessions; some of which may overlap throughout the cruise. The Eagles Fan Cruise is a unique experience and our schedule of events and activities will be filled with an exciting and busy program from beginning to end. Detail of the daily programs and activities will be published prior to the cruise.
When you reserve your cabin, you will be required to enter your preferred dining time (Main or late seating). If you do not wish to dine in a formal atmosphere, you can opt for the alternative dining options. The ship show schedule will revolve around both scheduled dining times.
We will have scheduled events and activities throughout the cruise where you will have an opportunity to interact and enjoy time with Eagles players and alumni. Undoubtedly, you will see the players throughout the day on and off the ship. We ask you to respect the players, alumni and staff and allow them their privacy. You will be asked to acknowledge the Terms & Conditions when you book your stateroom.
Guests may be permitted to take photos onboard the cruise and during Player and Alumni event and activity participations with small, non-professional digital cameras and cell phones. Out of respect for our Players and Alumni, as well as your fellow guests, we ask that you please NOT use flash during Player and/or Alumni Events or Activities. Professional quality cameras with detachable lenses and video specific cameras are strictly prohibited. In addition, any and all videotaping or audio recording is prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation. We will be scheduling autograph sessions where you will have time to interact with players, alumni and staff; pictures will be permitted at that time. We ask that guests refrain from taking photos and videos if the players are involved in a group session.
There will be 2 formal evenings and the remaining nights will be resort casual. No shorts or bathing suits are permitted in the dining room after 5 PM. If you are planning on enjoying a dinner in a specialty restaurant, please check the attire code. We will be coordinating special theme nights and details for attire will be communicated to the guests.
RCCL offers VOOM Wireless Internet Access. All that is required is a wireless device with Wi-Fi capability. Prices for internet access vary and are subject to change. Internet access can be purchased on board or through your Cruise Planner.
Cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas and details will be provided at the pier. Smoking is NOT permitted in your cabin or on your balcony. If a guest is in violation of this stateroom policy, a cleaning fee of $400 USD will be applied to your SeaPass® account and may be subject to further action.
Part V - Special Needs & Requirements
Yes, the Seating Assistance for Entry (SAFE) is a seating assignment program in the main theater predominately for guests with mobility issues, such as those who are bound to wheelchairs or using a scooter.
If you would like to have a wheelchair or scooter during the cruise, you are welcome to bring your own or rent one from a company that provides wheelchairs and scooter rentals for cruises. The equipment you reserve will be delivered to the ship.

RCCL makes every effort to accommodate every guest’s dietary requirements whenever possible. A variety of vegetarian meals are available on all menus in the Dining Room and Windjammer Cafe every day. Guests do not need to make a special request for these meals. Food allergies, gluten-free, kosher, low-fat, low-sodium, lactose-free/soy milk, ensure, and kosher meals are available at no extra charge; however, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details for your special request. The information must be received no later than January 9, 2022.
Yes, each ship has a minimum of one fully licensed doctor, and a minimum of two licensed nurses onboard. All Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. ships have shipboard medical facilities that are built, staffed, stocked and equipped to meet or exceed guidelines established by the American College of Emergency Physicians Cruise Ship & Maritime Medicine Section. Services received from the medical team will incur charges to your shipboard account. They do not accept medical insurance onboard as payment. You would be required to place a claim with the travel insurance carrier.
It is Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. policy that any Guest who will have entered her 24th week of
pregnancy or greater, at any time during the cruise, will be prohibited from sailing. The Guest
and treating physician should consider before any cruise that there is no
Obstetrician/Gynecologist available on the ship, and that pregnancies, when unstable and
poorly controlled, are potentially life-threatening, especially without back up. A Guest may be at
sea for several days without any immediate hospital and/or specialist back up, and that since
the proposed itinerary is not within the U.S., and the availability of specialized shore side
facilities can be problematic.
All guests are required to sign a health questionnaire at check-in to ensure they are aware
of our pregnancy policy.
